Corporate Transparency Act – New Interim Rule Exempts U.S. Entities
The saga continues! Legal entities formed in the United States, and their beneficial owners, are now exempt from the FinCEN beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting obligations. We are thrilled to announce that McGovern Law has welcomed our new Firm Administrator team, Gina Janvier and Brittney McLane, to our growing team!
Gina and Brittney bring a wealth of experience in the legal field, having both worked extensively in law firms prior to joining us. Their backgrounds and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to strive for excellence in serving our clients.
Gina is a paralegal with seven years of experience supporting attorneys across a wide range of legal areas in states including but not limited to, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas. She plays a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient case management. She is bilingual in English and Haitian Creole, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide meaningful support. Originally from Boston and now based in South Florida, Gina brings warmth, and a client-centered approach to the firm.
Brittney is a paralegal with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the legal field. She excels in organization and supporting legal teams to ensure efficient and seamless case management. She is eager to contribute to the firm’s success and enhance our client relationships.
